Cheer & Tumble Classes

Our Cheer & Tumble program at Altitude Athletix is designed to build confident, technically strong athletes in a structured class setting. Whether your athlete is just starting out or refining advanced skills, we offer progressive training opportunities for all ages and ability levels.

Classes are organized by age group and skill level to ensure safe development and proper progression.

Tumbling Classes

Our tumbling program follows structured, level-based progressions to promote safety, strength, and long-term skill development.

Preschool Tumbling (Ages 3–4)
Introduction to basic movement patterns, coordination, listening skills, and beginner tumbling fundamentals in a fun and structured environment.

Level 1
Front and back walkovers, back handspring progressions, strong fundamentals and body shaping.

Level 2
Standing and running back handsprings, connection passes, improved power and technique.

Level 3
Tucks (standing and running), jump connections, advanced tumbling control.

Level 4
Layout progressions, power tumbling, endurance passes.

Level 5
Full twisting skills and advanced elite tumbling development.

Placement in levels will be determined by skill evaluation to ensure safe and appropriate progression.
